For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across media, automotive aftermarket, restaurants, and craft brewing, building a cross-functional career at the intersection of people, operations, strategy, and organizational change. My experience includes serving as a People Operations consultant, business partner, Senior Leadership Team advisor, Vice President of People, and Front of House leader for one of Southern California’s oldest craft breweries.

This practical experience is complemented by an M.S. in Management & Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

Through Brave Leadership Guild™, I help professionals, managers, and executives sharpen their natural strengths while developing the strategic, interpersonal, and operational tools required to navigate the modern world of work—and make a meaningful impact within their spheres of influence.

At heart, I’m a creative. Over the course of my career, I discovered that what energizes me most is helping people see possibilities in themselves that they may have overlooked.
