Brave Leadership Guild Home Office

Brave Leadership Guild™️ is a personal & professional development coaching practice. I use my passion for helping other leaders and managers lay the groundwork for making their own positive impacts within their spheres of influence. I tap into my accumulated knowledge from 15 years of combined experience within the media, automotive aftermarket, restaurant, and craft brewing industries. I’ve served as a people operations consultant, a business partner, an advisor for Senior Leadership Teams, as a Vice President of People, and Front of House Management for one of Southern California’s oldest craft breweries. My practical experience is supplemented by an M.S. in Management & Leadership from Pepperdine Business School.

The focus of Brave Leadership Guild™️ is centered around helping professionals sharpen their natural strengths while acquiring the skills and interpersonal tools to excel in the modern era of work.

“I’m a creative at heart and through my professional journey I found that I had a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves by excavating the strengths and potential that was already always there.”
